About The Author

NICHOLAS J RAWET

The author is English born in the early 1950s to a military family and consequently spent many an early year living abroad. Specifically Germany. From the age of 8 he was educated in a boarding school, where he continued until he was 18. At school he wrote some short stories, which were liked by his peers, but were otherwise largely ignored. Then in the 80s he wrote 2 more Sci-Fi and Fantasy novels, but didn’t have the wherewithal or resources to get them published. Now he has written and continues to write an epic, inspired by his love of Elves.

Kvinna, Sorchia, Foraoise and Oiche, 4 of the main characters, were created as dolls by the author. The picture shows Kvinna in a costume designed and made by the author. The story started out to be a film score, but circumstances changed, and it was then developed into an epic story of how she tries to ensure the survival of the Elven (Siogach) and their symbiotic Bodharen through all the trials which came their way. Not the least the understanding that trying to live as one society together, wasn’t going to work. And the initial settlement in Uaimh had to be disseminated across their new home moon.
